Everyone I met throughout my experience was very friendly. Wait times were minimal. The Dr answered all my questions, explained my options, and gave his advice. The lady who helped me pick out glasses was very good at it! Would recommend. Thank you!

I was advised in advance that I had scheduled an electronic visit, meaning there was no doctor present. The tests were completed by local technicians and uploaded to a remote doctor. The staff were in training for this, so everything took longer and there were several people in the room with me at all times. There wasn't a hint of privacy, which I guess is fine for just eyes. The frames and lenses are very over-priced, even with insurance. I can get 3 pairs online for the cost of 1 at ShopKo. Overall, didn't enjoy and can't recommend. There are better options.

I got charged for a prescription I can't even use because I have film built up on lens from previous cataract surgery. It was discovered during the vision tests that right eye was definitely impaired. The script procedure should of stopped and adjusted in thus charges. I can see $60 for that examine but a 100$ is ridiculous because after I have film removed with laser surgery will need different script! Over charged! The staff are very friendly and professional.
