Dr. Swim is excellent, very caring and thorough. We have been under her care since 2021. I continue to see her and my child does too even though we have since moved from the area. However, the front office receptionist area leaves something to be desired. The employees were loud, gossipy and unprofessional. Especially the young gentleman with the dark hair and glasses- incredibly flamboyant attitude was there around 2pm on 06/06/24. Quite honestly I’m surprised the manager Miranda enables that behavior. Considering she went right along with it. It’s a medical establishment, not a party scene. I miss the former staff especially Mike (baby yoda guy!). -this is an updated review it was previously 5 stars but after my experience this week I no longer felt it was worthy of 5.

I really want to put 1 star but it's just cause I'm not happy now. The shopko optical has mostly been were I've always went. They always had 1 year warrenty on glasses. Now I get scratch they tell me I didn't pay for a warrenty and the 1 year warrenty I was always used to having ended a year and a half ago. Just disappointing cause these services are already so WAY overpriced.

Craig and Sarah made the visit great and took amazing care of my elderly mom and me. They were patient and super friendly. Will be making this our permanent practice to visit.

In one year's time my prescription had not changed much. I used a frame I had from 2 yrs ago(Shopko frames) that was in great shape & saved by getting new lenses only. This has worked fairly well. Sharon assisted to place the order...very professional.

Accompanied my mom to her appointment which was the first time visiting this business. Dr.Connors and Lexi were very helpful and made our experience enjoyable and everything turned out well.
