The techs did a great job. I gave a one star rating due to the sexist makeup tutorial only female patients are forced to watch after a digital exam. This alone makes me never want to return.

Will refuse treatment unless fully vaccinated or have to ware a mask if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wareing a mask do not go here they will not allow you to get treatment with out a mask and will not accept doctors exemptions of mask

Bad customer service. I complied with the rules of a mail in rebate. I received a postcard in the mail stating I wasn't going to get my rebate because it was postmarked out of date. I know that isn't true. I called customer service and all they could/would tell me is it was received on February 20. So, because they didn't open it right away, they don't have to fulfill their promise. I followed their rules and still got the shaft. Would give no starts, but it wouldn't let me.

Kewaunee Shopko Pharmacy is unorganized and unable to process RX like they should be able to. They always have an excuse of being understaffed. It should not take 5 days to fill an RX.

Read yelp reviews for Shopko Watertown, WI ! Showing pattern! Worst ever, our location harassed and accused an innocent man of stealing when it never occured, did this Black Friday in front of hundreds of shoppers at doors. Need to retrain security people or terminate! What is suspicious behavior defined as? What is protocol if suspected, publicly humiliate but have no facts, evidence, or reason to? KNOW that it happened before accusing in such a public way! Teach managers to handle their unproffessional security employee, as they do not apologize,

Way more expensive than any other retail store. Only reason i would visit store is because it is the onky store in town that sold my cat food. Now they discontinued my brand i probably will never shop there again!

I'm through with Shopko. There have been TOO MANY instances where the shelf prices or shelf cards advertising sales prices where THOSE prices are much cheaper than what actually gets charged when checking out. This has happened so repeatedly at the Shopkp store in Wautoma, that I drive 10 miles farther to go to Walmart (where they also have better prices and a better selection). The clerk at the store sayd the prices are entered on their system automatically by corporate HQ. If true, then Shopko Corporation HAS to be aware of the ongoing problems and is simply hoping the customers don't notice (still a form of "bait and switch" in my opinion. I talked to a live person at Corporate HQ who said they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. I called back and left a voice mail with another person. No response. I called a 3rd time and was told they would have someone call me back right away. I'm not holding my breath. The ONLY good thing I have found about Shopko over the years is that you never have to worry about crowds (probably due to prices, selection, and the problems like I described above).
