Showed up to my appointment just to be told I needed to reschedule. When asked why I didn't get a call, all they could.do was say they were really busy. Poor customer service.

Reopen your stores, sad you guys are hiding under some optical center. fix it. youre being out done by BIG LOTS. I shopped here with my grandmother for years. YEARS. this is why online is winning instead of improving you make bad decisions and CLOSE. COMEBACK AND IMPROVE the community wants it. dont abandoned us.
