Terrible with phone call backs. Almost every time I call to order contacts, I have to leave a voicemail. The problem is, they don’t call back. Has happened multiple times. Unprofessional!

They are excellent. Professional doctors and excellent staff. They answered all my questions and explained each things about my appointment.
