The employees were super helpful and friendly. There was a tense situation with another customer and Morgan was the epitome of professionalism and handled him with grace, while still sticking up for her employees.

It was my first time having a digital exam with the Dr virtual. I had a fantastic experience. Dr explained the photos and everything. I felt well informed throughout the appointment. The assistant David was awesome and made the appointment fun. The entire staff was wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend. All in all a fantastic experience!!

Everybody was wonderful! My glasses broke because of a fall and they said they'd try to put a rush on my new ones. Honestly, I LOVE Shopko! Got my new glasses, but can't see very well. They promise to make it right. I still LOVE ShopKo.

Worst customer experience ever! I will never go to this location ever! If you want poor service, sloppy work, and incompetent Staff.
I should clarify that this is on the staff and NOT the Doctors! The Doctors are truly fantastic!
If you want to stay with Shopko, go to the location on Lineville or Oneida!!
