Pump locked my credit card without activating. 2 employees came out to release my card and another customer card. Neither employee seemed to know what they were doing. Explained that I wanted to use my credit card points for discount. Finally got the pump to work but had to pay full price, no points credit. I will never use this station again!

I wouldn’t use the car wash. Unless you want your car half washed and the casher to tell you its your fault and not give you back your money. Not worth the bs.

The cashier was not wearing a mask, and neither were 2 customers. Better go to the kwik trip up the street, where they follow current state mandates and health codes.

Customer service is terrible! Rude and had child in tears. Called the manager (Rose) to make them aware of what happened, as you can't fix something you don't know about and she was the rude/mean/disrespectful one. Poor owner. Needs new employees that aren't going to destroy their business.

We used to get gas there and other things on a Daily basis, but those idiots hired a guy that everyone knows is an accident waiting to happen, a reject who has bin deemed unqualified to carry a squirt gun much less a real one. Open carriers so we know he's never ran a gas station that's bin robbed before. The whole village is laughing at that place and choosing too go elsewhere. On the upside we are picking dates to see who can get closest to the day the village idiot shoot's his foot off or accidentally shoot's a customer or other employee. Kwik trip is where we spend our money now, that goes for all our employees and there families. bottom line, place is a joke and just keeps getting worse.

Owner is very rude and unprofessional, she yells at the employees right in front of customers instead of TALKING to them privately if they've messed up, but usually always treats them as if they are always wrong and she's always right. she also yelled at customers and they are always wrong in her eyes, her store, her machines, her car wash is never at fault it's always the customer is wrong. I was there at around 6:30 this morning and gas station wasn't open doors were locked and while I was there pumping gas there were at least 10 ppl that stopped and tried to get into the gas station with no luck. I suggest maybe finding reliable workers that are going to show up to open the gas station.
