First time at this shell as I had to cover a shift for work in Kewaunee. Bought a couple of monster energy drinks but for some reason my card declined. For a purchase of $5.28 I thought that there was something wrong with my card. Got notice from my bank that the cashier tried to charge my card over $300. When my card declined he said it happens sometimes. Probably never stopping at a shell ever again.

The lady working during the daytime was very nice and told us we could drop our trailer in back through the weekend, we arrived on a Saturday night to pick it up after it had been dropped 2 days and it was gone. The manager inside was pretty rude, he said that he had asked the police to take it to impound and that nobody got permission. Obviously he did not check with his employees before making that move. There are zero signs posted saying no drop trailers, and the manager just said that there does not need to be signs, they just towed it anyway. Now I have to sit in town until Monday to get my property back at my expense after they gave me permission. This guy was very rude to me he didn't swear or anything like that but it was very clear that he did not care about the truck driver's point of view in this scenario and was clearly enjoying the power trip. All I can do at this point is leave this review and stop all of my employees from purchasing fuel at this location in the future.
