When we got trapped in the car wash line because the gate wouldn't open after we used our membership to pay, I got out and went in. The young man was on his phone & less than thrilled that I bothered him with our problem. He copped a little attitude & eventually handed me a code to use. Zero smiles. Zero customer service skills. Get it together, people!

This gas station bathroom was very clean. Staff were friendly and its got an ice cream shop.

Best gas station with convenient store in the world!! A Baskin Robbins 31 flavors to boot!! Always immaculately clean. Great car wash also. (I don't own a car but I often ride my bike through in the summer when no one is watching. Keeps me cool and clean ?). Great friendly staff that always has a smile on their faces.I'd walk ten thousand miles for a cup of their coffee. Don't know who makes the breakfast sandwiches but they sure are delicious. Got some for my friends at work and everyone loved them.Located in Titletown near Legendary Lambeau Field.The Greater Green Bay branch of the National Unicycle Club is pleased to announce that the Shell on Lombardi has been named the meeting spot for their weekly morning meetings to be held over a cup of coffee on their outside dining table.Any questions can be referred to the morning shift manager."Changing the World One Wheel at a Time!"

No timer on the car wash dryer. Was 3/4 of the way thru drying my car and it just shut off.

High gas prices, & not much monitoring of pumps- I got hit by a gas pump flying back at me when someone drove off and it caused damage to my back- but the bathrooms are clean and the employees seem nice

Was not welcomed inside the gas station. There employees don't care about there customers. Go somewhere else to fill up. Not worth you're money.

I stopped in to buy cupcakes for my family and stood by the cupcake counter for over 10 minutes before I walked over to the fuel/ store counter and asked the 2 clerk's if I could purchase cupcakes. After the 2 employees looked dumfounded at each other they said the employee for the cupcake counter never showed and they could not serve me because they didn't belong to that business. Upon leaving I saw cupcakes on a shelf walking out in containers in the gas station store, I asked if I had to pay the cupcake business for the cupcakes, the girl said no you can pay for them at our counter!! Does that make any sense?????? Cannot sell cupcakes from the bakery counter but could take my money!

I don't think I've ever been to a two-story gas station before, so it's unique. The selection of goods, plus a Baskin Robbins on the 2nd floor was pretty awesome. The only reason that this store didn't get a 5 star was because of the service and that the people behind the counter rushed through the transaction. Other than that, great store.

Free air compressor for tires, but the pump wouldn't let me select E15 gas for my vehicle, the prices for car washes weren't posted/displayed anywhere near or on the pumps, and then my receipt didn't print. I walked inside where one older cashier wasn't wearing his mask at all, and "Asher", who provided me with a duplicate receipt, was "snorkeling" (mask only covering his mouth area, with his super-spreading nose sticking out above).Then I discovered the platinum car wash ($11.95) cost more than my fuel!Not coming back - ever!
