Long story short, I came out with a case of beer from cooler and the lady at the counter who is working night shift demanded to see my ID when I was still working my way to grab a liter of soda. When I got to the register she looked at me with attitude and scan the items. I used my debit card and it got declined. My card has never been declined before. So I just walked out and the guy behind me was also buying a case of beer and he came out a few seconds after me without a beer case. Kinda funny how two peoples card got declined that fast. So I made my way to Kwik Trip which I should of done in the first place. The same card I used at Shell worked perfectly.

The last few times I have been in the gas station one of the workers has been BARKING at me. Your employee really need to learn manner and to learn to make women feel comfortable. I don’t see this gas station as a professional place. Any other gas station would not allow there employees to bark at customers!!! Very uncomfortable!

This place is an absolute joke. Bathroom always unclean , cashiers eat and talk on phone during work. Stocks not full or neat. What do they do at shell besides sit on a seat behind the cashier?

They actually have a few cigars, and rolling papers that I usually have to go to a smoke shop to get. Super convenient.

Had great beef Jerky. I accidentally handed the cashier 2 20s and he handed me the extra back. That guys a good employee and I'm glad to have stopped here
