Verizon is inside Camera Corner, where you are welcomed by a receptionist who offers water and help. Verizon representative was knowledgeable, respectful, allowed us to go at our own speed and was not patronizing!

Worse service of ALL TIME. There are other stores near by, try Sprint, T-Mobile, Cellcom, US Cellular, or anyone else.

Device credit promotions will require a lot of your time to receive (if you ever do). I fully qualified for my credits and met all the criteria but still had to call/chat for over 10 hours over 3 months to get those credits.

This is Camera Corner, just an authorized agent. Stuffy, rude, and only interested in trying to milk any nickel possible out of a person. I bought a new phone and device protection system from Verizon & they still wanted $$ to help put it on properly. The actual Verizon store on Willard did it in five minutes at no cost. Welcome to downtown.

One word. . . fantastic! I had a problem with my IPhone 8; I received emails but my emails could not be sent. After exhausting many tutorials on line to correct this issue, I decided I needed professional assistance. Brett Baierl, Verizon Sales Manager, was extremely patient and helpful. Brett worked on this problem for more than 30 minutes and was able to resolve the issue. Thank you Brett. Kathy Donarski
