I am NOT rating Sam’s- more specifically the cafe.
Lisa was extremely rude to myself and my boyfriend. We did scan and go and waited to the side for our food, not in anyone’s way. She very rudely said “WHAT” to us as we stood there and we responded we were just waiting on our order. She sighed, rolled her eyes and said it would be a few minutes. Not a big deal. The whole time we waited two of the employees were huddled in the back not wanting to be up front by her, and when they did come up front they didn’t do much either. We finally got our food and my pretzel was cold (how when I ordered a pizza pretzel?? Not sure.) I didn’t complain though as I didn’t want to talk to Lisa again since she was the only one up there at that time. Please have a talk with your employees to at least treat customers respectfully and not act like we are an inconvenience to their day.

Horrible high pitched noise throughout the store. Prices high. Costco less expensive. Hardly anyone in store while we were there. We won't be renewing.

The older lady that recently started working at the cafe in the morning is very rude to customers and the other people she works with everytime i come in.

No carts when getting there today. NONE.
Without carts I can’t buy all the things I wanted to. Got an armful then went over to Costco and bought $1500 worth. Most of which would have been purchased at Sam’s had we been able to find a cart. Oh well.

Your employee ,Brent, at the check out area was a big help to us while purchasing products today. Ran back twice to check pricing, taught us how to use scan and go and was a delightful person that made us feel like a valued customer. Thank you.

Excellent prices, clean and not overly busy. Very quick at the self checkout. Another employee quickly showed up when there was a backup at the exit for verification.
