Wait times are longer, depending when you order… prices are fair.

Stop for a quick hotdog and I asked where the mustard was they said "oops sorry we ran out a while back". How can you offer hot dogs without any mustard and you have 4 bins completely full of ketchup and you're out of mustard? Really?

So first I want to say the guys at the tire service area are great and do a good job. The issue I have is they have change the way to get to the tire service area from outside. You have to park on the far side of the building to get tires done. There’s a door that takes you inside, but now you can not use it. You have to walk around the building. There’s a blind corner and no sidewalks. It’s a long distance for anyone who has any kind of disability. Who ever made this change clearly does not care for the safety of its customers in anyway!

Horrible way they treat their OWN employees!! You have to come in every single day as if you do not deal with things outside of work and even if you do have problems outside of work that affect the way you perform and inform them, they will take it the wrong way and have you fired on the spot. Coming from a past employee, management at this particular location (West Mason) is definitely the worst management I have ever seen in my entire existence. If you struggle with mental health do not reach out to Chai or any manager here as I mentioned before he will fire you on the spot. I do not recommend working here… let alone shopping here lol. The reviews I have seen saying this place is great must have just had a lucky day or even lucky experience. James is very sweet to any customer that walks through those doors, however he plays a HUGE role in the toxic work environment. James is nice to employees at first but once he’s a little too comfortable he is your worst nightmare and will yell/raise his voice at you. This was one of the worst places I have worked (and I used to love my job!) just because of lack of care for mental health and in general just terrible management…. This location does not even have a set trainer to properly train new employees. They suck at managing their own employees I don’t understand how any managers (especially James) can manage themselves. If it is a terrible place to work in I can assure you 100% this is not the location to shop…. I would recommend Sam’s Appleton location or trying Costco in Belleview where the employees their are treated more fairly.

1 year ago I had a bad experience with membership/customer service. Lady there was super rude and we ended up walking out. Today we signed up for a membership online for $45 and the online instructions stated in detail that after buying your membership online when you go to the store go to membership desk and claim your free $45 gift card. No brainer because you basically get a free year membership. I did exactly so and purchased my online membership and went to the store straight to the membership desk and showed her the gift card number and she states this is not for a gift card and it won't work. I read to her the print from my email which I attached a pic in the post. After explaining this to her 3 times she gave me the gift card and said hope this works. Well the $45 gift card worked so I think she was just trying to work me out of getting my gift card. This is the same woman from last year as well. Wish I got her name.
