If I good give a zero I would. Do not take your car here. The Manager Jeff is very unprofessional and belittling. I had brought my car in for warranty work because of a chip in the windshield. But I also notice there was a lot of wind noise coming from the windshield. That wasn’t there with my previous windshield. I did forget mention it when I drop the car off because I couldn’t find the button for it online. The minute the manager got on the phone he shot me down instantly. He was making comments like he’s the boss and there’s no one above him as well as making up lies. When I picked up my car Jeff and another employee were standing near the car and stared at me the whole way out of the parking lot

For the last month we have tried to get the glass repaired in our jeep. They came out had the wrong part, left said someone would be out in a week. A week later safe lite called me and said they canceled as we didnt call them with the Vin. Fast forward 2 more weeks canceled again as they still didnt have the part and NOW it went from 300 something to 668. I called Tri City glass and got the same part for 418. Do yourself a favor and stay local.

Today, tried calling the Green Bay location to get a quote and set up an appointment. Their website is down, every time I try doing something on their website, I just get a 502 error. The automated help is completely ridiculous. You cannot get to a live person, it just redirects you to the website. Absolutely garbage.

I was in last June as a stone hit my windshield. Even though a claim was filed with my Integrity Auto Insurance policy, and Safelite determined there wasn't significant damage to warrant a repair, my insurance nonetheless went up $150 annually so I was forced to change to Progressive to stay in my price range. I urge all motorists to check with your insurance company beforehand to learn if your windshield claim comes with a policy increase. The Safelite folks did nice work tho and there was no charge.

Travis was awesome to work with. They had our windshield crack fixed within a few hours and we can hardly tell there ever was a crack.

Impossible to get through their phone triage to a real person. Can still see the chip in my front windshield that they repaired.

Safelite of Ashwaubenon damaged my vehicle (snapped a trim part in half) while replacing my windshield, and refused to honor their written warranty on their work. I’m sure everything will be fine 80% of the time or whatever, but when it goes south, they won’t have your back. Don’t do business with them.

Nobody to speak with. Were asked about if we had garage or covering from weather for tech to perform job, in initial questions (we were setting initial appointment). Wife replied,"no".Safelite made appointment for very cold day, on a very cold week(Sub-Zero temperatures).I was called day of appointment by technician, telling me "you can drop vehicle off, but too cold for me to do it in cold weather" That, I can understand. What I can't understand is, how to reach someone to get refund of $50, that was paid for home appointment. When calling, you just get automated operator, that doesn't respond to the word "refund".Can't get a real person on the line.Tried over and over to get real person.Failed at all attempts.Only thing to do was reschedule appointment, or I would have to drive to their business. Which I chose to give-up and reschedule home appointment. When tech was finally at my house, I was telling him the same things I am writing. He said "I know. I've heard this complaint.I feel for you, but Safelite gets upset if he gives out the store number"(land-line).The tech did descent work

I came in here to get my windshield replaced. Told them my situation and it took them 5 mins to fix my issue. Turns out I didn’t need a new windshield at all.
