I went here for safety shoes and it was an excellent experience. Emma helped me with superb knowledge of what I requested in comfort for shoes. She got me a pair of shoes that fit perfectly on the first try, a brand I never bought before in my entire life. She also had personal experience with this particular brand. I got this pair and we had a pleasant, meaningful conversation that was quite delightful at checkout. It was a good deal for me and I was out of the store with a smile in less than 15 minutes, less time than I imagined! The store is clean and in order, the employees VERY attentive and knowledgeable. This location's foot mapping machine has been broken for a few years now. I even called ahead of time this time and they said it was fixed, but when I got there it wasn't. Wasted my time and gas going there.

I had special ordered shoes from Vanderloop and was assisted by a very nice and helpful young man who called when they came in. At my second visit, today, Diana was also very helpful and found a way to make my new shoes comfortable. I am hard to fit so I'm very happy to share my experience

Hit the jackpot because it's always a struggle for me to find comfortable work shoes. Reebok and Keen are my favorite brands. This location has a great selection and the older woman working today May 19, 2023 provided perfect, patient service!Thank you!

I was very disappointed in the service we had at Vanderloop Shoes in Green Bay. My husband wore his new boots twice to work and the leather busted apart, they would not stand behind the products they sell and return the boots or give us a new pair. The clerk who is the manager was not friendly at all.
