Staff are super helpful and friendly. Stopped in looking for hiking boots! Most amazing experience ever! They measured my foot size and arch. Then did a few tests to see where the pressure points were on the bottom of my feet! Based on their calculations they found the proper size/fit and also recommended an insole to go in the hiking boots due to my high arches. I never wore such a comfortable pair of hiking boots in my life. Felt like I was walking on a cloud! Would definitely go back and highly recommend this place!

Being an old guy with feet that have lots of experience, I need a pair of boots for work and recreation. I ended up making three trips to the store trying to find a boot that would meet my needs. Their staff was tremendous. Beth spent the most time with me and must have went back to the stockroom 50 times for boots. Her knowledge of how boots should fit, her observations of me walking in the boots finely led me to a pair that fit like a glove; support my body and feet standing and teaching all day; and will protect me on the open road on my motorcycle. Not to mention the shopping my wife will put me through when we reach our destination. Thank you Beth. Thank you Red Wing

The absolute worst store and employee I ever encountered at a physical store. Went to this store to look at some new work shoes and could not touch the shoes on display. The lady that was working refused to allow me to look at the shoes and hold the ones on display. Not sure what business model they have going on but keep up the great work pushing paying customers out the door.

1 star for the boots, 5 for the customer service. I spent 400$ on the most uncomfortable pair of boots I've ever owned. Got measured and fitted for insoles too. Just beware, it is possible to come away with extreme disappointment in your purchase here. The staff were great at helping and working with me, but in the end, 1 year later, I still can't stop thinking about how disappointing my particular pair of Redwing boots are. I was given a replacement pair with adjusted measurements but it did not help. I get stinging numbing pain in my big toes, and one of the boots needed to have the tongue webbing cut out so as to not press and bite into my ankle. My 60$ fleet farm boots were far more comfortable. I wish I had just gotten them repaired rather than make this very unfortunate investment in Redwing boots.

Don’t stand behind their products. The sales person steered me away from a boot that had a comfort guarantee without saying so. When I came back all they want to do is sell more stuff to make the terrible boot slightly less terrible. Why would I spend more money with people that I can not trust. I will never be shopping here again! $250 down the drain!

Went to get some steel toe work boots. I only travel to job sites where I need steel toes 3 or 4 days a year, so I don't need high quality, daily wear boots. Red Wings seem to be top of the line for work boots so not sure they are worth the $$ for someone like me. There was some confusion around ANSI vs ASTM standards, but throughout the visit, Maia was super friendly and helpful. When I am in the market for high quality boots, this is where I'm coming. Outstanding customer service. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

I stopped in a few weeks ago to see what the store would have to offer in way of new work boots. I was very impressed with the customer service. Good service is getting harder and harder to find these days, and Benson did a great job of outfitting me with a pair of boots that worked with both my fit and aesthetic. I would highly recommend giving these folks a try if you are in the market.

This is one of the most outstanding places to get your boots. They are extremely knowledgeable about fitting the proper boot to your feet. They use digital technology that helps to determine areas where you apply the most pressure and make proper recommendations as the boot that works best. They also garentee the product and have their known workshop to fix any repairs needed. Beth was my assistant and she was so knowledgeable and friendly, even gave me her business card if I had any additional questions or concerns. The price I paid was well worth it! Thank you Beth and Red Wing for a wonderful experience and product!

Kira was amazing. She took her time and got me the boots I wanted. It wasn’t until the end when I went to purchase my boots when they asked for my phone number. I respectfully declined, and another woman who was listening said they would be unable to honor any warranty with the boots without a phone number. I was very put off by this.
