The lady that helped us pierce out 4 year olds ears was so so kind and helpful. She knew got to talk to her and keep smiling while she got nervous. She had the second piecing gun ready near by just in case our girl got scared after the first ear. 10/10 quick, friendly and satisfied:) 9/15/24 at 3pm
