Staff was helpful and kind but the empty shelves in aisle one and two made it seem kinda sad. Also, they do not have the party blowers but they do have rubber chickens.

Shout out to Ashley & crew! I had stopped earlier in the week to order balloons for my son’s 30th birthday! It took a couple crew members to get everything ready for the day! When I picked them all up I had difficulty getting them all into the back of my vehicle? it was also raining and windy. I had asked Ashley what I could do since the party started in a couple hours. She said she would come to the party site and replace any of the balloons lost in the wind & put it all together so it would look like it did when she had it put together at the store❣️She used her own vehicle and gas to do this & also went back to the store and brought back a new huge balloon to replace the deflating one & spent almost 2 hours putting it together❣️Ashley you deserve employee of the year award! You went above and beyond for me & can’t thank you enough for all your hard work?Your crew members were helpful as well helping me with the process❣️Thank you all?

Picked up two batches of balloons for my daughter's party Last night. Wake up the next morning and over half of them are on the floor. Batches were also supposed to be mixed with Orange and Blue and they made one batch blue and one batch orange. Seems this crew here can't read an instruction. Done with this party city

I go in early to try to get some balloons for a party, and get told they can’t have balloons blown up until noon. your whole business revolves around this, how can u not blow up balloons quick it wasn’t like i was asking for two hundred. I wanted 6, i could’ve gone back and did it my self in less time then i had to already wait in line. Honestly was kinda pathetic to be told it would take 4 hours to get my balloons blown up.

My dad and I went in to buy a couple pieces of candy because my blood sugar was low. There were 3 people in line ahead of us who had a lot of items, and there was only one cashier. We waited patiently and when it was finally our turn to checkout, the lady told us to "hold on" as she walked away pulling out her cellphone and taking a personal call. Seriously??? We were the last people in line and had 3 tiny pieces of candy and she had the audacity to just walk away? Absolutely rude and unprofessional. We will not be returning and will inform friends and family of the terrible customer service.

Extremely disappointing experience.. I paid over $70 for balloon bouquets, had the balloons sorted to pair with the 1 & 6 balloons I ordered for my son’s Birthday. I ordered them for 10:30 am but due to a family emergency, I didn’t arrive until closer to 1. When I got there, the balloon order wasn’t fully ready, and they were all thrown together. With the 1 & 6 balloons bunched up together. They didn’t offer to fix the balloons, so I had to go home and do it myself. The balloons were all tangled and I ended up losing a few in the process. It’s unfortunate because I’ve shopped here for many years in the past with wonderful displays given to me every time. I most likely will take my business elsewhere from now on. For the price I paid, I could have done it myself and saved a few bucks and the headache of untangling the mess.

We ordered four balloon bouquets for a party and only received two. I had to call back three times to find out where the other two were, then I was told that the driver was in an accident so they would re-send the order. A bit later I got a call back that they don't even have the balloons that I ordered (so not sure if/how they actually shipped out earlier). It seemed like they just wanted to get me off the phone whenever I called. The store is dirty and messy and half the shelves are empty. This store is going downhill fast. We used to love shopping at this Party City and now we only go there if we have to. You can tell that the manager really doesn't care much about the store. Very disappointing.

Why do they have a ready time for an order if your order is not going to be ready at that time? When you are on a timeline getting ready for a party and having your order finally ready an hour after is was supposed to be done is not acceptable. Also laughing at a person's last name is completely unacceptable. I'm glad I didn't order for them to be delivered, I watched Door Dash come in and cancel the delivery more than half a dozen times because the order wasn't ready.

Three items I bought rang up as more than they were on the rack. Two items were supposed to be $1.50 each and rang up at $2.00. The third was supposed to be $4.00 and ended up $4.50. I would have said some thing to the cashier, but they always seem to be useless. I’ll stick to Amazon.

Very poor customer service! They will sell you balloons and tell you to just come back and they will fill them. What they don’t tell you is you may have to wait 2.5 hours. Instead of making it right because they didn’t communicate they chose to make a little kid sad on their birthday because they didn’t have the balloons they picked out. They need to communicate to their customers at purchase. Letting you know so no one else has this experience. They don’t care about your experience just getting people in and out.
