As part of Unforgettable Underdogs Dog Rescue, we’ve had the privilege of working with Parkside Animal Care Center for the care of many of our rescue dogs, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding care and attention they provide. The team at Parkside consistently goes above and beyond, showing genuine compassion and expertise in treating our dogs, many of whom come from challenging backgrounds and need extra attention.
The staff are not only professional but also incredibly patient and understanding of each dog’s unique needs. Parkside Animal Care was suggested to me by a friend. I took my senior cat for a checkup and was wowed. Both my cat and I were warmly welcomed. The checkup was thorough and the recommendations were clearly explained and time was taken to have my questions answered. Everyone working there is friendly and very compassionate. Each time I return, whether for a checkup or to pick up supplies, there is the same welcoming feeling and questions about my cat. As long as I am in Green Bay I will only go to Parkside and I will highly recommend it to everyone. Oh, and while there, you have to meet Spartacus. He stole my heart.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The vet gave my kitten a thorough exam and took the time to answer any questions I had. They also provided lots of information on keeping my kitten healthy. I would highly recommend Parkside.

Cannot say enough great things about Parkside. Incredibly caring and knowledgeable staff. They made the switch from our previous vet after moving very easy and have gone out of their way to take care of our dogs on short notice.

Parkside cared for our senior bulldog for three years! The knowledge, patience and customer service of every single person there has always been amazing. Dr. Jensch always made time to call us back personally when we had questions, and worked with us many times to alter medications and advise care changes by phone. When it came time to put our dog down, they made the experience as pleasant as it possibly could have been. We can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done for us and our sweet girl!

I love going to Parkside! Both of my boys have been going to Parkside since they were puppies (my boys are 12 years apart! One is 15 and the other is 3) and I don’t believe they’ve ever had a bad experience there, nor have I. My boy, Zuno, is dog reactive and Parkside is really great in helping us, whether it’s bringing both boys back into a room right away or allowing us to come through a side entrance. My other boy, Bugsy, is 15 and they are really good in how they handle him and allowing him to express himself as necessary (if you’ve ever heard him getting his nails clipped, you’d understand!). I really appreciate that they will call you after a few days to follow up and make sure everyone is still doing well. Overall, I love Parkside, I think all the vets, the techs, receptionists, everyone, are really nice and supportive. I would recommend Parkside to everyone (and I do! Most of my boyfriend’s family brings their dogs here now as well).
