My car buying experience from Page Auto. Purchased a Volvo on a Friday. Three days later after rain, there was 2 inches water on the floor of the rear hatch, partially submerging the battery. Six days after purchase, I had a check engine light for Camshaft Timing that will cost $1200. Over a week after purchasing, a plastic body piece fell off the rear of the car on the road.

Great experience going to Page Auto, Jason at the front desk is always polite and answers the phone right away. I've taken my Mini Cooper here quite a few times and have had no issues thus far.

Just purchased a 2013 Mercedes ML 350 from Jason at page auto he was a pleasure to work with very knowledgeable and thorough and explaining anything we had questions about for the vehicle he also explained maintenance schedule and other things about it since it is a diesel model and let us know when the next time we need to bring it in for service overall Pleasant and will return to page auto for business

A couple months ago I was headed out of town and I ran over a nail on the highway. I had purchased my car at Page Auto so I drove it over there as I was very close to their store. They took my car in immediately, my tire was completely flat. After about 25 minutes my tire was checked over and patched and I was on my way. They charged me absolutely nothing for their time. I was very thankful for the kindness shown that day!

Went in to ask a few questions about some issues I was having with my BMW. When I asked for help, the behind the counter said I don’t have an opening for a month and I’m not in the business of free advice. All I wanted was them to watch a short video and maybe get a check this part out in return. No reason for the reply I got. Will not go back

This is the first time that he has rated a page but I felt the need to do it, we just bought a car in this place and it only lasted two months when it was no longer useful, we went to talk to Mr. Jason and he told us WELCOME TO THE REAL LIFE!and he also said THIS IS HOW THINGS WORK,at the end of the day he fixed it and we had to pay $1300

Amazing, Honest, Foreign Vehicle Repairs!!!!!I've been taking my VW here since I bought it and this year had a major repair needed for my fuel system. They're technician was able to complete this major amount of tasks for repair , where Broadway was unable to come close to figuring out. Very Reasonable & up front with costs for major repairs.
