I attended a 'Fast Cat'(?) at Packerland as a volunteer. It was a three day event where they set up a 100(?) yard straight course for the dogs to run. The dogs chase a lure on a motorized string and a electronic timing beam measures their speed. The dog's family pays a fee to run the course and the dogs earn points toward fancy ribbons. It was fun to be a part of it. A photographer captures a great shot of your dog at speed. You meet all kinds of dogs (fast/slow, big/tiny) and their handlers. The dogs seem to have the time of their lives. The club members at Packerland were super nice. They even provided great snacks and a lunch for volunteers and racer families.

Awesome, I had great help immediately from Cari. Wasn't sure what I was looking for but she quickly sorted things out and came up with a great selection of flooring and backslash for my kitchen. Efficient and professional all the way. Wish I had come here first!

I've been to some training classes and BOB matches here as well as to shows that they put on. I've been happy with all of them. Wish they had a bigger facility so they could offer more shows in the local area.

New to Packerland Kennel Club. I do not have fancy dogs from local breeders but my dogs and I have been taking classes, doing our homework... and daily practice... and are seeing nice results. The instructors have been wonderful! Have met some great people and are enjoying our time with our new doggy friends.

This place is awful!! They are very snobby and rude. If you dont have a dog from a breeder they will treat you and your dog very poorly. This place is unprofessional and just overall a terrible place.

This place is horrible! If you dont have a dog from a breeder they will treat you awful. I was told one of my dogs didnt deserve to have a home. They are not good instuctors with little experience. They dislike German shepherds and made it well known.Dont ever bring your dogs here they are unprofessional, rude, snobby, and you will gain nothing but issues here. Pathetic place.

If your dog isn't "show quality", comes from a rescue, barks at other dogs occasionally, or just isnt nearly perfectly behaved already, don't waste your time or your money. After five weeks of class, without incident and always having our dog under control, we were kicked out of class and given no refund for the remainder of the classes. All because apparently one of the "board members" did not feel comfortable around our dog, a 7 month old German Shepherd. We were then told in no uncertain terms that our sweet boy "shouldn't have even been adopted out" with his "issues". This sweet, loving boy who doesn't deserve a home has been a blessing to my wife and I and he loves his older doggy siblings and loves playing with them and helps keep them active. You should be ashamed of yourselves for saying he, or any other dog, perfect or with issues does not deserve a chance to have a good home and a happy life. Sure, our boy has social issues, and that is exactly why we brought him to this class. We were very up front about what we needed to work on with him when we went to orientation to pick our class. We were told this class would be perfect for him. We were excited about the opportunity to work with him in this class around other dogs and with instructors who were fellow dog lovers who would know how to work with us and help us. Instead, for no good reason, they gave up on us and him. If you are looking for a good place to bring your dog for training, I highly recommend looking elsewhere!

Great place to go and learn so many things you can do with your dog. Dog people are the best at Packerland. So willing to share and very friendly.
