I just wanted to give a shoutout to Ryan. As someone who’s not very inclined to cars and vehicle maintenance, I hate coming to these shops because most workers tend to be rude or make me feel stupid for not knowing things about cars. When Ryan helped me, he was very kind and informative regarding my engine check light. He provided other options that I could try out to fix my engine leak. Thank you Ryan for being so helpful and informative to someone who’s not very well versed with vehicles!

I’ve been having a problem with my car starting, so I decided to call Oriley to see if they test starters and alternates. They do. I arrived and an employee clips my battery, tells me to start my engine which I do. My whole car powered off. He proceeds to tell me my starter failed, but I should “probably call somebody” and they don’t mind if I leave my car overnight. I asked if they could try giving me a jump, looks at me like an idiot and says no it’s my starter that’s a problem. I tried to ask if they have the part, said no, the west side does and then proceeded to tell me “Goodluck” as I was figuring out what to do calling my mom to pick me up so we could get my car towed, the same helpless employee looked out of the window, just staring at me in my car. I understand my car failed, but why did they just leave me on my own to figure things out? Really disappointing..

They helped me get rid of a battery core after I ordered one online. Very helpful guy at the shop, Steve. Great attitude, knowledgeable. Clean store, orderly. I would and will go there again. Online ordering was easy and efficient as well.

The lady working tonight around close was amazing. She helped me figure out a battery terminal issue that was causing my vehicle to not start. Will def be coming here again

Avoid if at all possible horrible customer service you'll be waiting for a long time if you need any help. Also the customers are kind of shady.

Driving through a snowstorm and my wiper blades were awful, stopped by O'Reilly's and the really nice man behind the counter installed them in about 2 minutes with his beard full of snow. Thank you guys so much!
