I had an exceptional experience at Oakview Veterinary Hospital, where I visited with my cat, Lego, today. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who all smiled and enjoyed their work. One unique feature that stood out was the separate waiting room for cats, which was also infused with Feliway—such a thoughtful touch to keep pets calm! Lego, who is usually quite vocal at vet appointments, was surprisingly quiet and at ease.
Amelia, the vet tech who assisted us, was incredibly kind and took a thorough history of Lego—something I hadn’t experienced at other clinics. Dr. LeMahieu was attentive and genuinely interested in Lego’s well-being. We spent significant time discussing Lego’s health in detail, and Dr. LeMahieu’s care and attention were remarkable. He even took the time to count Lego’s toes, which made me smile. It was the first time I felt someone cared for Lego as much as I did.
A veterinarian, not a corporation, independently owns this clinic, and the difference in quality of care was immediately apparent. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking personalized, compassionate pet care.

Awesome service! I had a stray cat that needed some "help". With Cats Anonymous and Oak View the cat is back to being an outdoor hunter with shots, fixed, etc. She is a Happy Camper. Thanks!

We have always adopted adult cats, and currently have two with special needs. Oak View has been so responsive and knowledgeable when it comes to our cats' complex needs. It's nice that they have separate dog and cat areas, and all three vets we have seen so far have been very dedicated and committed to our cats' well-being. They are very patient and kind when dealing with stressed out pet owners! This includes all staff, the vet techs, the vets, and the front desk staff. It's great to find a veterinary practice committed to cat care, as many practices seem to focus more on dogs We would definitely recommend them to friends.

The day we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat Kroshka will forever remain in our memory as one of the most painful and difficult. Our family wants to express our gratitude to Dr. Justin Le Mahieu, who helped our little one cross the rainbow bridge, and Pam-CVT - you both showed so much humanity, kindness, and compassion in trying to ease our pain. We are also grateful to Dr. Lisa Lorenz, who was our girl's treating doctor and was always attentive and considerate during appointments. We are also grateful to all the staff for your smiles during our visits and your words of support during our difficult time. We are not saying goodbye forever, but only 'Until we meet again.' When we find the strength to welcome a new fluffy member into our family, we will definitely come back to you.

Incredible dedication to animals & people. We have been Oak View clients for many years. Had to have 2 dogs cross over the rainbow Bridge, they really helped to make this much easier.

I love our vet. They treat my two dogs, Arthur and Oscar just like they would their own. I trust them ?. This year marks 10 years we have been coming here. I dont have a single bad experience! ☺️ I love the staff here as well, I recommend this vet to everyone I know.

I have been going to this vet for 3 years and every time I visit I am super impressed. Everyone is so professional but extremely nice! I have come in for routine visits and I have also had to call last minute with a pet emergency (yes, my cat has eaten string for the 3rd time and is miserable, please help). In the urgent situations, they ALWAYS help me the SAME DAY! My mom's vet makes her wait a week sometimes or tells her to go to the vet ER! I cannot say enough good things about them - did I mention they are super affordable too?! Hands down the best vet I have ever been to!

We have been going to Oak View since we adopted our boys in 2017. Our 3 dogs have seen all of the veterinarians and have positive experiences with each and every one. The entire staff is also always amazing! The facility is also convenient and clean. I could not recommend Oak View enough!

I take my two cats and dog to Oak View and have had nothing but amazing experiences. I also recommend them to any of my friends who ask about vets. It’s so nice that there are separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. Every staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. Even when I have called out of precaution, I have always been treated with respect and gotten answers in a timely manner. We have seen all of the vets at Oak View and love all of them. I truly believe the well being of my pets is put first and I have never been put on unnecessary treatment plans.

We have been taking our fur babies here for over 14 years. They took such good care of our last pup Ady, and now we're brining our new baby Doree there as well. Highly recommend if your looking for a place to get the best care for your own fur baby.
