They told me I would be pro rated the extra months I paid for, so I got out early then only send deposit. not the extra time, when asked they said yes we do not give extra months back, if I would have been informed right I would have not rushed to get out.. THIEVES AND CROOK'S, remember if you go there they do not refund extra, they could make money the HONEST WAY, and keep front desk informed, which I am sure he new, so I was lied to for extra money plus next renters money on a space that has time on it yet... Staff is very friendly. I love their grace period policy cause sometimes the day you owe is a Saturday or Sunday. They allow you add your own shelving & builds in the unit as well. Very clean when you get a new unit.
