Didn’t even get the gun and tried to return it so I’d get my money back and was told I would only get 80% back . I never even got the gun .

Blown away by the inventory and customer service of Nelson Tactical. Salesman had multiple customers that he was juggling effortlessly. FFL transfer is the cheapest in town and also the smoothest process. No reason to go anywhere else in town now that I've shopped at Nelson Tactical.

I went to put a down payment on a pistol here. $400.00.
Unfortunately, that night, some things transpired, requiring me to move my funds around.
Nelson tactical did not care about my situation and proceeded to give me back only $140 of the $400 I brought them the day prior. A $260.00 "Reshelving fee".?? To put it back on display?
It's absolutely ridiculous! I'll never step foot back into that building. Do better Nelson Tactical. Buncha theives.
Not to mention the time I bought a FN from there, $1,200.00 and it didn't even come with the original sight base plate. Weirdos.

I am a long time customer and I highly recommend Nelson Tactical for new and used firearms and accessories. They were the only stocking dealer I could find in the area for the specific shotgun and rifle accessories I was recently looking for.

Bought 3 guns from there and also took Conceal Carry Class with Miguel. He was an excellent instructor and EVERY employee in the store was extremely helpful and very friendly. I’d recommend Nelson Tactical to anyone!!!
