Went to them to see if they could install a car entertainment system with a backup camera in my car ( I had an appointment for this specific step). The guy I had an appointment with was unavailable, so he sent someone else. I took him to my car to show him the system I had, ( a $500.00, 5 star rated piece of technology that was shipped to me in a cardboard box. The actual product box with the name brand logo is inside). The moment that I opened the trunk in my car to show him this thing, he says that they do not install those systems. He didn't tell me why, didn't even take a look at the box contents. Although he wasn't hostile towards me, his lack of customer service speaks volumes. And it's not the first time that it happened either. About 20 yrs ago I went there to buy a custom dash kit for the car I used to drive at the time, and back then they did behave in a hostile way towards me. I thought that time would have fixed their way of treating customers, but it seems that I was mistaken.

Bought a stereo system from here. One of the speakers went bad. It was still under warranty. They said it wasn’t defective, it was . Everyone else heard it but the salesman. I kept going back , no satisfaction.Steer wide of this place.

I had a simple task that only Muntz could so but, they performed the work so fast, I didn't have time to complain about the weather. They put an entire stereo set up in my last car. Muntz is the best!

Only two stars because people were great, otherwise a 1 star or less. 1 to 2 day install took 6 days. Literally had to finish installation myself which was fine because I didn’t want it to take another 6 days. Nice skill on the wrap, but microphones not hooked up and tested, USB installed incorrectly, and items in my dash were incorrectly reassembled. People were nice enough but I wasn’t a priority which was unfortunate. First time and last time I let “experts” install a head unit 4 speakers and a backup cam…. An incomplete job that took 4 days too long

Strange vibe all around! Too much to text in this review. Was charged an extra $75 for missing a appt. I never wanted and I also called the Friday before on my lunch break to cancel which nobody answered!
