I'm sorry for the rating but I was trying to use my Kroger gas points and the guy who worked the front check out counter didn't even know what to do or how to take them off my card. At least they could get someone knowledgeable about it since they do accept them there. Won't be back unfortunately. They use to have some good knowledgeable employees there when I lived on Ashland back in 2015. I don't know what happened to them though. Also crazy thing.. all gas stations around accept EBT cards but they have signs up everywhere saying they don't. That's crazy to think because alot of gas stations accept EBT and get good business from them paying customers. They must not want "that kind of business" from customers. Smh...
