Horrible customer service. Was in store for about 2-3 min before anyone even appeared in the store. I almost walked out thinking there was no one in the store. The rep there didn’t even look like he wanted to be there and showed NO help in obtaining information that I know they can provide. Please hire people that WANT to do their job, and KNOW how to do it. Dont keep workers just because you are short staffed.

Went in to get an upgrade that I’m eligible for and the girl working told me I would have to purchase the phone in store for $900? Went to a different t-mobile and they upgraded my phone in 30 minutes for 100$.

I just do not understand how this happens.I call in advance to check if they have the 3rd gen iPhone SE, the 5g version. And they say yes.I drive there and it turns out that they do not have it. Bad service and lack of knowledge.

If I could give less Stars, I really would. It seems to be normal for employees of this place to be rude.

The phone service itself is great, the store was fine, employees helpful. Im freshly peeved at this service because i received a message from Metro stating that i was eligible for a 5g upgrade for both of my phones because i paid on time for 12 months. Upon arrival at the store i was told that this deal is only for new customers. How would i get a deal for paying for 12 months timely but be a new customer? What a cheap shot to get you in store.

The service is great, affordable and its actually unlimited. I switched from us cellular where the actual phone plan was more than 2x the quoted price, and from Boost once where we got "prioritized" for data in evenings. The free phones for switching over with your number are pretty decent, for a few bucks more you can get a phone you'll be happy with. LG's are always top of the line for the cost. I would give 5 stars except i opted for a new phone number this time and am absolutely inundated with creditors calling the former owner of this number. Its not the first time, either. And the company wants to charge me for a different number. They need to leave the phone numbers unassigned for a longer period of time in between customers. If they can do this I'll up review to 5*.

Absolutely terrible business. went here 3 days ago and the store was completely closed. not even a sign on the door or anything. went there 3 times throughout the day and never open. its not even the first time which is very frustrating. i need a new phone so i just went across the street to boost mobile and cricket and they were both open, too bad for them because they just lost 5 paying customers. i guess couldn't blame the employees though they probably pay minimum wage anyways since every time i come the employees are just sitting down not even paying attention to me and my family when i walk in. Also they lie and FORCE you to buy accessories when you purchase a phone which no other company would make you do keep in mind this is an authorized dealer and not even a real metro store. please avoid this place like the plague.

The associate refused to serve me because I could not wear a mask today. I said fine, I won't buy my new phone and data plan from you. I walked out....

AVOID the west and east Mason "approved" dealers. From the staff to the owner, Armor, this place is shady. I was attempting to change my service from another carrier, easy enough, right? Well, without asking, the lady that helped me set me up with a new phone number. Who changes numbers??? I only found this out after I paid. She informed me I needed to go to Verizon to have them release my number. Well, after several conversations with Verizon, I got it straightened out. In the time it took me to figure things out from Verizon, I decided to go with Cricket on a family and friends deal. When I went back to PCS to get my money for the service I never used, I was told to come back the next day because they don't keep over $50 in the till. I came back the next day and another employee called her manager, Joe, and he said they could not refund my money and I would need to talk to the owner, Armor. Needless to say, Armor has not returned any of my calls. I called Metro PCS corporate and filed a complaint. Stay away from this place! They should be selling watches on the corner...

I went to get a new phone line cuz of the special I had seen on TV. When I got there the guy cared more about talking to his friend on the phone and didn't know anything about the promotion going on at the time. I ended up getting over charged and returning the phone the next day when they then tried to keep $35 for an activation fee that I wasn't supposed to be charged for in the first place
