“I wish I could give more than five stars to this company. We dealt mostly with Evan the owner, but also withthree other employees and each went above and beyond to help us out. We originally rented scooters to use for 3 days and Evan was so helpful, we would have bought the scooter from him. He gave us so much info and recommended so many options that we were prepared to buy right on the spot. Being that we lived in Milwaukee and his store is in Green Bay, he told us he would be happy to sell us the scooter, but that it would actually be better for us to purchase the scooter closer to home so that if we needed any service or there were any problems it would be closer to home for us. Who does that? An honest, concerned, most helpful type of man who runs a legit business willing to help people and do what's best for the customer. Since that original encounter with Independent Moblity Plus, we have contacted Evan with questions regarding purchasing a scooter that a friend had purchased for he father, but he died before he ever got a chance to use it. He gave us all the scoop, explained which kinds of scooters would be best for us and suggested that even if we ordered a scooter on Amazon, there would be certain things to know and how to decided which scooter would be best for us and how to negotiate basically the same price as Amazon from an honest company n the Milwaukke area. “The Lincare which is local to me in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is great. They are very helpful and friendly and respond in a fairly short period of time. The corporate headquarters, however, take the calls for the local business out of Florida.. They use an answering service which is hard to communicate with as to your needs. Obviously local branches are understaffed. Products are of quality when they arrive.”
