They're really great with my dog. He has seizures when he takes baths, but they work around this and do a really good job.

Very friendly staff. I luv Joy and her husband. Their prices are good the price includes a lot. When I pick up my dogs they look great and are happy.

Excellent dog grooming! My dog always looks great when she's done and they don't book her early and keep her in a kennel for hours her appointment time is her appointment time and she's usually done in about 2 hours they're very professional and do an excellent job highly recommend them

The groomers were very friendly and professional. My dog was not anxious as he normally is at other groomers. They did exactly what I asked of them for his cut. Price was reasonable. I think I’ve found a groomer, finally that I feel comfortable bringing my boy Krew to.

I just dropped my 4 lb, 14 year old Shih Tzu off to be groomed and usually I’m extremely nervous to bring her to a new groomer but they were so nice and made me feel so comfortable leaving my baby with them!

I was looking for a groomer and thought a small shop would be better, what a mistake. When they called me to pick my dog up he looked pitiful and worse yet both of his ears were dripping blood when I got him home. I only wish I had taken pictures and reported them but didn't know who to call. The one star is the only way I could leave a review.

I cannot speak to their actual services. I just moved to the east side of green bay and was in search of a groomer close to my new home I called three different times and left a message each inquiring about services, scheduling and prices. I never received a call back. Loss of a potential new customer and future revenue.

Staff I thought were friendly but, for no apparent reason they never answered thier phone and never returned my calls. I had to find a different groomer. Very unprofessional of them.
