Main Oriental Market has a wide selection of unique & hard-to-find items for Asian cooking at reasonable prices. They don't specialize in Japanese cuisine, so you may not find everything you need for those dishes, but they do have many of the basics.

Nice place. Had what I needed. One of the better Asian (Hmong) stores in the Green Bay area. The owner was very nice and friendly.
