Dirty, filled with spiders/bugs, high price, and they will continue to take payments from account despite the lease being over and the contract ended with the appropriate notice. I have called and emailed and no one will respond. Don’t rent a unit here!!!!

Unit was broke into my stuff was thrown about all over outside my unit.....yes thy did put all my stuff bck inside but just threw it bck in a big pile. Wasn't even stacked neatly since I had nothing to do with my belongings being tossed about because of my card not processing my auto payment so I was behind. But this is the treatment you get and then the insurance u pay for to cover ur belongings don't even cover you for breaking in if the lock ain't cut so they say but never got my lock back or seen pictures of my lock removed.

My experience at Lok Safe Storage on Van Lanen Rd. was very positive. I needed a storage unit quickly and Ryan was responsive and accommodating. The facility is well maintained with plenty of security lighting and conveniently located off of Highway 57.

better lines of communication. Jason is an unreasonable individual and as much as called me a liar. Kept our deposit even though we conformed to the Lok safe,agreement. . would caution all those dealing with " Buyer Be ware!"

The storage unit was perfect, the customer service was amazing and will use them in the future when I need another storage unit. Would recommend to anyone.
