Ryan is a crook! Making up his own rules as he goes. I had everything out of my storage unit on 11/30/21. It was perfectly clean. He refused to give me my security deposit back saying I didn't give 30 days notice (I said you didn't own the building 30 days ago)! He says go ahead and take him to court it'll cost 3 times as much. I guess that's how he gets away with theft which is illegal. Ryan is a complete and utter SCUMBAG! WOMEN beware -- I'm sure I was an easy target.

Prompt, professional service and never had any issues when renting storage unit. Even during winter, it was always plowed and unit easily accessible. Will definitely consider this company first if ever needing to another storage unit. Ryan is great to work with!

April 27, 2022 and still waiting for my deposit! Not highly recommending at this point. February 28 was my last day renting. Only storage facility I'd ever recommend!Update...May 2022...received my security deposit.

I rented an outside storage space for my RV and it was great. I love the fact that the facility was secure and easy to get in and out of. Ryan and the Lok-Safe Staff were professional and very responsive with any questions I had. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great storage spot.

I have had outside storage for our RV for the last year and have been very please! The spots are well defined and can accommodate various sizes of boats and RV's. The premises are well taken care and they always return phone calls or emails immediately. I will be back in the spring Thank Ryan!

My name is Dennis Bailey I found that this storage unit was safe and secure we have had this unit for 6 years. Our belongings were always dry and no evidence of any rodent damage. It was easy to get to our belongings whenever we needed. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

better lines of communication. Jason is an unreasonable individual and as much as called me a liar. Kept our deposit even though we conformed to the Lok safe,agreement. . would caution all those dealing with " Buyer Be ware!"

Formerly Gary's storage. Been here for close to 10 years and NEVER had an issue. These guys buy it and it's been nothing but problems. First, the reason I rented here was because it had electricity in the units so when I came at night I could see. I get it... some jackwagons were abusing the electric. So why punish all of us and cut it off. My 12x20 costs me $78.00 a month up $10 bucks a month. I always was paid a month ahead. Well when they upped the rent it ended up eating the extra payment up. I get it my fault should have moved out then. And of course the next time payment was untimely they cut my lock. Which I take responsibility for. However, when the late payment letter was recieved my wife called Justin and he assured her everything would be OK. Well it didn't end up that way. Green Bay got a blizzard in April of 2018 that dumped between 20 and 30 inches of snow in the area. And guess what. That's right I was ahead of the game and stored my snowblower for the season... now I find their lock on my storage area on a Saturday and you know their not open. So guess who gets to shovel... this guy. Anyway I hear from Justin on Monday and ask him about the situation and my wife informed me YOU said everything would be fine. Justin tells me he can't discuss anything with my wife since she's not in the contract... WHAT...? you're not my doctor or my financial advisor for christ sake. YOU own a storage facility. And WTH do you call telling her everything would be alright. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would, and then he tells me he's doing me a favor. That the new tenants pay $98 a month. ARE YOU CRAZY!!!!!! That's ok Justin I found a new facility right by my house for $65 a month.... So you can KMA,

Poor maintenance. VERY POOR SNOWPLOWING. Couldn't get in units for 2 days after last storm. Didn't plow at all til Wednesday. Cleaned on front of my door Wednesday, they plowed more in front my doors so I had shovel again on Thursday.
