The ball joint and CV axle broke on my vehicle 60 miles from home. Lineville Auto was so helpful, friendly, and honest. They fixed my car sooner than anticipated and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them.

Markus and Dale have been working on my stepfather and mine vehicles for the past few decades now. They are very thorough when doing any kind of service. Price is good for the quality of work. Highly recommend if you need/want new service in the 920.

'VETERANS BEWARE', 'GENERAL PUBLIC BEWARE'. This place as I will not call it a legitimate business defrauded me out of successful vehicle work. I had engine lights that needed to be diagnosed and the owner said he knew exactly what it was and he just had to find the sensor. I dropped off the vehicle and left the keys in a drop box. 4 days later an employee named Marco called and said he fixed the truck and it was a bunch of mouse damage to a pump which cost a total of $1,100.00 and that he also replaced battery straps and filters. Mind you there was no call with the diagnosis or cost and no authorization to do the work. When our insurance got involved, the owner Dale and his employee Marco lied to the insurance multiple times then told me they never said it was mouse damage. The owner also allows his employee to yell at customers. I ended up just paying for it after being called a liar (mind you, there was no authorization to do work it was just suppose to be diagnosed. I paid for it out of pocket just to get it out of there. Dale the owner said its fixed and the pump (not sensor) will work for 200k miles (no guarantee paperwork) I drove the truck home 5 miles away then, the next day, drove it to work 50 miles away when I got into my truck and turned in on, the same lights came on. All they did was clear the codes, they did not fix the truck. I called and Dale the owner said "I told you it will be expensive, we have to find the sensor" yet he replaced a pump. this statement was another LIE!!! from the owner DALE. take your vehicles to the dealerships as DALE and his only employee MARCO are likely not certified mechanics. I did not even want to give this place 1 star.

I went there today to get help with my diesel truck. No one at the front desk to help so I had to search for someone. Both “ mechanics “ spoke down to me and weren’t at all helpful . What kind of business operates like that ? Well , you both screwed the pooch today .. you missed out on a lot of future business. Not Veteran approved ( by me and no other vet)

We bring both of our vehicles there and we feel really good about that. They can get our vehicles in within a very short amount of time. They always do an excellent job on repairs and very reasonable on their charges. They also can tow your vehicle if needed. We highly recommend Lineville Auto!
