Awesome locally owned dealership. Rich is amazing in sales, so helpful! Service department is “on point”…… easy to schedule, super friendly, and speedy! Clearly a “well oiled machine” at Lemieux (in more ways than one, lol)!!!! Amazing facility too, super clean!!!!!! Great local place to do business with and support!!!!!

A rock took out my AC on my RAV4. I called Le Mieux and said its an emergency, I just lost my AC and I'm going on vacation to Florida with my car for 10 days. They said they could not get me in. I sweated for 10 days and came back. It was 102 in Nashville, TN last week and I sweated it out. They correctly diagnosed the problem right away. The part came in two days early and I got my car two days earlier than planned. Blowing nice cold air now! Well done!

Very efficient service. They advised me not to rotate my tires due to tread wear so that saved me money and I was appreciative of that.

I only get my Camry serviced at dealerships like this because in the 10 years I’ve owned it I’ve never once been upsold or been pressured to do anything that wasn’t actually needed to safely use my car. It’s a little more than going to a quick oil place but none of the bs.

If I could leave a negative review I would. The new Toyota refuses to accept Toyota credit cards unless they say Visa and then force you to make a payment other ways even though it's not affordable. Never had an issue at any other Toyota dealership but this one. I'll drive to Appleton from now on
