The Lazy Boy store was amazing with eye catching displays to visualize the pieces in your home and creative decorating ideas! I loved that Erin coordinated new pieces with my existing furniture! And then the designer, Kennedy came to my home and further assisted with the placement of all pieces!! A wonderful creative low stress experience!! A lot easier on the back when furniture placement is done with their technology ?
I then went back for my final design consultation and was blown away at the designs and concepts they created!!
Beautiful update and a plan in place for gradually changing things up over time!

We bought a power reclining sofa and two power reclining chairs. Because our furniture is not up against any walls, we needed to purchase battery packs for each piece. We were told the batteries would last about a month before needing to be recharged. This is incorrect. We have to charge them about every 2 weeks even if we haven’t reclined. We don’t recommend using the charging ports for phones or tablets (unless you aren’t using battery packs). It isn’t easy to connect the battery packs to the chargers as the connectors are very small and underneath the sofa/chair. I love the design and fabrics but wish I could return all pieces and get non-power reclining furniture.

The store manager was very helpful in finding a replacement for my personal chair. Thankfully, they still manufactured the same model. The manager was helpful with fabric choices and made sure I was aware of current discounts and promotions.

My entire experience was positive. I was warmly greeted and couldn’t have felt more at home trying many different recliners. Erin helped me find the right fit for my size and found the perfect fit for me. I felt no pressure at all and was encouraged to take my time in deciding and to come back and to “try it on” as many times as I wanted. I did just that and loved the chair each time. Everyone there was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. I did order “my” recliner and look forward to the delivery. I highly recommend this store.

The lazyboy store was very clean and neat. The selection for recliners was more than ample. The prices were very reasonable. The salesman was knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. I was impressed enough that I bought two recliners instead of one that I had intended to buy.
