I love this Kwik Trip and have had so many fantastic experiences with the staff. Despite management creating dangerous situations for their night staff and long wait times for customers by egregiously lean-staffing the store, most of the employees go above and beyond, and are always friendly and helpful. Because of this, I was very hesitant to dock a star, but Carl has lost that star for the store. This man is unfriendly at best, and outright rude most of the time. I have had many transactions with him at this point, and always approach him as friendly as possible, and his outright hostility is exhausting. When I see Carl at the register, I spend my entire time in line hoping the other cashier can take me. Management seems unwilling to look out for their excellent staff, but hopefully they will be willing to correct the one man on their team that is NOT being friendly or helpful to their customers.

A mid-level Kwik Trip in the area. Good staff, but upkeep can be forgotten sometimes.

Ordered delivery, but order itself was 1/3 wrong. Paid 4.50 extra because I didn't get the right sandwichs, tried to call and just kept ringing. Please read the slip carefully especially when a category has more than one option. Otherwise order was fine and delivery was fast.

(as of 1/26/2025) Beware! Card Skimmer on one of the Machines!
Made a series of visits to the store while down in green bay for a few weeks, and now have a bunch of suspicious purchases on the card used. Staff should inspect their in-store and pumps for potential card Skimmer machines.

This location is one of the worst Kwik trip you could go in. There is always a huge line and and enough employees to run all the register but they don’t. I went in there today 12/22/24 at 12:30pm and the line was to the beer cooler and there was a older lady and gentleman at the register while their assistant store leader short blonde woman just walked around looking busy then walking back and forth behind the counter instead assisting customers! I have worked for Kwik trip in the past so I know how much customers matter but not at this location. Assist store leader should be an example not lazy and waste of space like this chick is. Everytime i come in there and she is working she is doing absolutely nothing!

Location seems perpetually understaffed despite how busy/popular it always is. Parking can also be a nightmare because of its popularity.

I love shopping here, it has many things, it has helped me in crucial moments, for example, I work and study, and it is difficult to make food in my home, so this place offers many things to eat, it is very good, a place that I recommend.

Should my attendance in your retail establishment be deemed undesirable, I would prefer a forthright communication rather than enduring an air of disdain or being subjected to a veneer of irritation. If your occupational discontent is so palpable, might I suggest the pursuit of alternative vocational opportunities? Or is it that your evident antipathy, coupled with a proclivity to project your frustrations onto those you mistakenly deem as subordinate, has precluded you from securing employment elsewhere?

Just had a terrible experience dealing with an employee checking me out named Madison. Very rude and disrespectful attitude over not being “in line”
Might suggest putting up some signage where this “line” should be.

Got myself something to eat from this location and the food was great, however the service here is not the best. I went to the counter for checkout and all registers were closed and the 3 women were stand behind the counter doing nothing, so i walked up to the older one on the end and she said "nope I'm closed" - I then asked her who's open then? She completely ignores me and the other 2 women were looking at their phones and laughing in their own little world. Then a taller gentleman came up from the back and opened a register to help me checkout and the others behind me, he told me that they are off the clock and getting ready to leave. So why do you have employees off the clock sitting up behind the counter on their phones or chatting? Completely unprofessional and lunacy for a building to allow this. Food 4/5 Service 1/5 Ambiance 3/5

Second time I’ve put gas in my car here and the pump didn’t click off and spilled gas all over my car. Thankfully I was standing there and was able to click it off but it still made a huge mess all over my car. I’ve mentioned it and they still haven’t fixed the issue
