The hotel is very modern. I was there for a wedding and a conference. The wedding was fine because the lighting was always darker but the conference was difficult because of how dark the lighting was in the conference room. They’re all inner rooms with no windows.

Nice facility except that we needed handicap parking and could not find any close to the KI Center so we ended parking in the ramp across the street. It took us over a half hour to get out of the ramp.

Very pretty place! We went there for an event. Staff was friendly and very helpful! We were always greeted with a smile!

Our experience was During a large conference. During large gatherings, restrooms are not policed as often as needed. The food was ok during group meals but, like the pub, a bit overpriced.All in all, it is still one of the better Convention Centers outside of Milwaukee in Wisconsin.

The rooms were great. Service was wonderful. Check in and out is so easy. I would like the option of just a room with two queen beds, without it being a suite.

Attended a conference here once and LOVED it. Lots of space for large events. Good technology for computers and mics. Warm. Will return for any future conferences I’m interested in!
