Do NOT rent here.
I moved out 2/29 from my unit. They charged me again in March. I was able to dispute the charge and get my money back and block them from continuing to charge me. However, I also have not received my deposit money back. I've called several times and left voicemails. NO ONE returns the calls.

I’ve been renting from this address since April. It was just sold to this company recently and now I am unable to pay the rent for my units that’s due in 5 days l, yet no one ever answers the phone or emails me back. I even had to call loksafe storage (the previous owners) to try and get someone to contact me. No luck so far. They are probably going to lock me out of my unit due to something that is their issue, and no one can even answer the phone to tell me how to fix it.

It's super easy to book a unit online but impossible to talk to an actual human on the phone. Customer service is non existent. I called and left several messages and no return phone calls were ever received.

Tom is one of the best owners I’ve ever encountered. Answers any questions in a timely manner and goes over the top to help with what you need. The process is easy, automatic payments, and 24/7 video surveillance. Great price for how clean and controlled the facility is! Tons of different types of carts to help move heavy things or multiple boxes at once. After being there for a year, I would never hesitate to rent from Kept Safe again.

Very great locked controlled storage. Very convenient to be able to pull your car in and all equipment that's needed to move/hual stuff is avaible to use. Definily happy you don't have to haul one box at a time lol. Very clean place. Tom the owner is great with helping with any questions and making sure clients are satisfied .
