Been trying to get a hold of the store to check the status of a repair order. I hope they didn't loose my items. Called the store and it just rings and rings then hangs up. This is no way to do business.

I’ve been getting my jewelry here for about 3 years now, and recently I had a diamond fall out of my ring, and my engagement pictures were the next day!Kudos x1000 to Kenzie and Megan. They are phenomenal. They had my ring shipped and back to the store with a new diamond within 12 hours! Miracle workers. They are always amazing when I walk in and greet me every time!

I received a necklace and it had a lifetime warranty on it. The chain broke and I sent it in thinking it would be replaced. All they did was shorten it up (I guess to save money). I am very disappointed and I will never purchase anything from them again.

i took a ruby bracelet to ur store in bay park square to see if it was real they used a gun to check it but i found out those guns only work on diamonds so i was lied to. per customer care chat We will certainly follow-up with store management and ensure each associate is understanding of the testing procedures; however, the ruby would not have populated anything on the tester unless it was one of the gemstones we test for. It would need to be sent to our jewelers to be lab tested and determine its' authenticity. this is not the 1st time i have had issues with employees checking my brackets and rings and they don't know what there are looking for they said tgst a ring was fine but i took it elsewhere there were 3 loose stones a bracelet was fine they said i hadn't worn it in 20 yrs they put in cleaner a diamond fell out. not qualified employees beware

Not specifically this location ordered a ring off their site September 3rd didn’t get action or an update all 3 times I contacted customer service. Finally had a break through got my ring November 14th. Now they just charged my account today when I already have the ring !!! Mind you they charged it on the 3rd as well. Never ever shopping here again their ecom team handled this poorly and even the 2 out 3 customers service agents. You as a company should be ashamed

Manager is extremely rude to customers and staff. I dont understand how she is even a manager. Someone should investigate her the way she talked to her staff in front of me and my mom. Wow. I see why there is high turn over. Have some humanity lady!!

I went just to see if they could tighten my watch. It was a bit of a wait (two people working, totally understandable) but both employees were very nice. The woman who helped me was really nice, professional, and fast! I really appreciate she took the time to make sure my watch was properly sized and made sure I was comfortable with the feel before I left. Would definitely buy jewelry here just because the staff is great!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Not only will the associates at the store lie to you, the products are poorly made. We purchased a mothers ring for Christmas as our mother was recently diagnosed with cancer. We went to the store to pick out a ring. We didn’t have the exact size ring but we were told it would be sized for FREE after it was made. After it arrived (late), we went to pick it up. When the ring arrived, we picked it up but told it would cost almost $200 to resize. After sitting on the phone with corporate for 2.5 hours in the store, we were told nothing could be done. We were also told since it was a custom ring, it could not be returned. Finally after speaking with corporate, I was advised the store manager (Megan Stepniewski) was completely WRONG! The item was not a “custom” piece. The item was personalized which can be returned. Not only was Megan completely disrespectful and rude but she wasted hours of our time. We were also PROMISED a call back from the district manager with 24 hours. It has been a week with no response. The representative we spoke with at corporate advised they lost a lot of business because of the Kay jewelers in Bay Park Square mall. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AS THE STORE HAS A 1.06 STAR RATING ON BBB. WHATEVER YOU DO, GO TO A REPUTABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE JEWELER.
