“I had lost my heart-shaped diamond and ordered a replacement from Mary, the owner of Reiser's, that was slightly larger and with a slightly different shape of the heart than the original. After a few attempts Mary's jeweler worked his magic and my diamond looks better in the setting with the wedding band than it did originally. He is so talented and willing to please. Mary and he both told me that they would ensure I was delighted with the results - and I was thrilled! Mary also saw a few places on my rings that needed attention that she had fixed at no extra expense to me. I am so happy to have found an honest and caring jeweler that I can highly recommend - I can't imagine going anywhere else!”
