“I had lost my heart-shaped diamond and ordered a replacement from Mary, the owner of Reiser's, that was slightly larger and with a slightly different shape of the heart than the original. After a few attempts Mary's jeweler worked his magic and my diamond looks better in the setting with the wedding band than it did originally. He is so talented and willing to please. Mary and he both told me that they would ensure I was delighted with the results - and I was thrilled! Mary also saw a few places on my rings that needed attention that she had fixed at no extra expense to me. I am so happy to have found an honest and caring jeweler that I can highly recommend - I can't imagine going anywhere else!”

I needed a Bulova watch serviced, and a Lorus watch resized. Dana immediately went to work servicing the Bulova in house in under 10 minutes and resized the Lorus in 5. (Also recommended us a great place for dinner, which we loved)! We were already picking out and planning which style we’re going to get next.Unfortunately I had a small issue with mine and Ryan was so kind and got everything situated within 24 hours, I couldn’t be more grateful. Christina assisted me on my second visit and she was so sweet and helpful as well. I couldn’t be happier with my bracelet and my overall experience. This staff is AMAZING, 10/10 recommend.
