Amazing service! Helped me get a suit even though I came in just before close and ended up staying about 15 minutes after close while they finished up with me and helped another customer who came in late dispite that they were at closing time. They were very kind people and knowledgable about style and fitting. Will definitely go there again the next time I need to dress up for something.

As an anxious shopper I could not have felt more comfortable while shopping here. I came in because I needed some clothes for a wedding, I was measured and helped to find exactly what I needed. I usually would have said thank you and ran out of there but because I felt comfortable I asked for help finding some shirts and shorts I could use to go out in on the weekends. I am very grateful for the help I received, I now have some comfortable and good looking clothes and I feel better about myself already. So much so that I’m writing this review which I hardly ever do. I would have given 6 stars but 5 was the maximum.

These guys do a fabulous job!!!! Quick to answer questions and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. With the fitted the suits we got at Jason Louis the men in my house feel like kings!!! The experience we had working with them was great, and the prices were all within an affordable amount. We will defiantly be back.

Longtime occasional customer, but recently had a life-changing experience here. My abdominal scars from cancer surgery in 2020 made my old pants and belts painful to wear. The salesman at Jason Louis suggested some really cool DL1961 pants with a stretchy waist and a stretchy belt to go with them. Big upgrade in my quality of life, and I feel better about myself when I don't have to do a sweatpants day. Many thanks!

I really wanted to like this place but I just don't. My fiance and I went in to purchase his suit for our wedding. I called ahead to make sure we didn't need an appointment which I was told I did not. As we waited, I noticed what a disaster the place was. There were racks of suits that were reserved for upcoming events out on the floor without any protection. There was a back counter that had all kinds of "stuff" scattered about. The tie table was a mess with random things laying on it. Shipping boxes with shirts in them out on the sales floor. At this point, we should have just walked out. But like I said, I wanted to like it. When we were finally helped. I told them which color I liked. We were not shown any other shades of that color or style or what the vest and pants looked like. He went right to the rack to find a coat that fit. He took exactly 2 measurements - neck and shoulder. He put us down to order a 3 piece suit. How do you order a 3 piece suit without taking measurements for the pants? We also didn't know how much the suit would cost. We felt EXTREMELY rushed. Luckily we didn't have to put any money down so we cancelled the order the next day.

My fiance and I went to several places trying to find a suit we liked. He is a bit slight in frame and the places we went to told us to check online, maybe we could order something in his size. We checked online and couldn't find anything there, either. But I did find this store, and we decided to see if they had something.Sadly, we don't recall the name of the dude who helped us, but I can tell you he has a voice reminiscent of a really chill John Goodman and was super nice. He took one look at my fiance and pulled out a suit that fit him perfectly, and helped us order one in the color we wanted. I think we were in and out in about ten minutes, and the suit came in in less than two weeks. It was perfect, and he had it steamed and the pants hemmed way faster than we were expecting.Our whole experience was quick and wonderful and really showed the knowledge they have here. We are recommending this place to everyone we know, and will totally be back for another suit! It was just an awesome time.
