What an excellent company!! I’ve had our snowblower serviced by them the last 15+ years and they never disappoint. This time they really went above and beyond. I was having trouble starting the blower (my own fault) and they picked up the blower, got it working again and returned it at no charge. (Even though I messed up). Then, I was having trouble getting the auger to run and they walked me through over the phone what to look for until I was able to get it going. (Ice was frozen inside that needed to melt).I will be a loyal customer for life after the excellent service I received!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I honestly can not recommend this place enough. Extremely good pricing for the best work possible on everything I have brought... Absolutely 100% recommend J&S Auto & Small Engine to anyone and everyone ever in need of small engine work. I have not brought a vehicle for engine work yet but I ABSOLUTELY would if I was in need! You're the best Jim, thank you for all of your hard work!!!

This might be one of the best small engine mechanics in town. He does amazing work and is incredibly professional. We had our lawnmower fixed by Jim and it runs like new and was super affordable! I cannot recommend J&S Auto enough!

I had gotten estimates to fix my car other places in Green Bay when some one suggested to check out J&S. The other shops I had gone to quoted me over $1200 in repairs. J&S looked at my car and informed me that I didn't need even half of the repairs that the other shops were telling me I did and that they were just trying to sell me on repairs I didn't need to make money off of me. J&S fixed what was actually wrong with my car, which ended up being $300 in repairs, saving me over $900! This is a local, honest business that truly cares about the customer...I can't say enough good things about them! I am a forever customer now and will never go anywhere else...not even for an oil change!
