What a joke I drop 4000 dollars on a cross bow and compound bow less than a year ago and I shot the crossbow eight times and this is what happened and I take it in there to have them take a look at it and they won’t even replace the strings for free. Clearly there’s something wrong with the bow but they are just gonna charge me for the strings and show me the door. They can keep their strings and any further business from me or anybody I know. Horrible customer service. Once they get your money, they don’t care they lost all respect from me. That’s for sure.

I went in to shoot and found that my bow had two split limbs. This was the day before leaving on a 3 week archery hunting trip. These guys made me a priority and got a new bow setup for me that afternoon, and helped me tune and sight it in, so that I could leave for my trip ready to hunt!

I brought my 10point cross bow to get new strings and cables put on. They said they don't deal with 10point but could do the work. I got my cross bow back. I tried to shoot it and it was way off. After inspection at another archery shop, the timing was off on the cams and the strings had no twist. I contacted Hunter's Edge asking for reimbursement and they refused saying they had done work to it and incurred the cost ($30?!). Better luck with the rest of your customers. You won't see me again.

If I could give these guys 6stars I would!Amazing costumer service. Very knowledgeable and answered any and all my questions. Great prices, great people, great shop. I’m from Madison but will 1000% be making the 3hr drive up here for all my archery needs

Went in to have my bow pockets adjusted for the season and looked at. First off the guy didn’t seem very interested in helping me and seemed annoyed. The only information I got from him was, i don’t know what we can do cause we don’t sell that type of bow… he then went into the back and adjusted my pockets and came out a few min later. I went and shot some arrows to test it out and on the second shot my string derailed. After further inspection of the bow, only the bottom limb pocket was turned out causing my limbs to be uneven and not properly adjusted. This could have caused serious injury to my self along along with destroying my bow.I heard good thing about this place from friends who spoke highly of Hunters Edge, but after talking with them again it seems I got the one person they have had issues with in the past as well. It seems it’s luck of the draw weather you get actual service or nightmare. Needless to say not very much impressed.

Had a great experience picking up my new Mathews v3x! Staff did a great job answering all my questions and I ended up saving some money compared to Scheels and other local archery shops. Very competitive prices!Would highly recommend and going forward this is the only place I'll be buying my archery equipment.

Awesome place service is great all workers are all very nice and helpful, me and my buddy went there with are bows to practice because it was are first time hunting and worker tuned are bows are sights gave us tips free of charge great place definitely coming back

Picked up a Hoyt Ventum 30 today at Hunters Edge from Elliott who was very knowledgeable and professional from informing me on the different bows to final tuning and sighting in. I will definitely be back, well worth the 2 hour drive for the personable service
