Impossible to get ahold of, got our order all wrong and did not give us sufficient supplies. The respiratory equipment they gave us was filthy and stunk like smoke.

Everyone here is so amazing especially Quinn! It’s so easy for me to text her and let her know what is needed and she normally has it ready same day! Always smiling and friendly faces when I walk in to pick things up!

terrible service for cpap issues. they are slow to return phone calls- maybe they will get around to you in a week. once you see someone they are usually helpful but complain about lack of help. wish I didn't have to deal with them but few choices.

I had a very pleasant experience when I came in to get measured for compression stocking. The two ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly and they were really good about communicating with me about my order. Very positive experience.

Worst company I've ever worked with..they have the worst hours, at least banks have enough common sense to be open on sat and later on Fri for people that work all week. Also unable to ever get ahold of anyone when need to.

My doctor send over an urgent order for a CPAP machine. When I called over a week later I was told they forgot to call me about it and that there is a 4 MONTH wait list for new CPAP machines. Wasted my time.

Terrible customer service at this place!!! Avoid at all cost! Told me my insurance wasn’t accepted here,turns out they are in my network and accepted but they did not help and denied me and they were rude on top of it!

Two key people have left and the staff is clueless. I needed help with a bed alarm so that my husband wouldn’t fall out of bed. No one could help me and one staff member told me to call the manufacturer if I wanted to know how to use it!!!!

Using this company x4.5 yrs because there is no other approved by my Medicare Part C plan, problem 1. Problem 2, they, in 4.5 years, have NEVER gotten a CPAP supply order correct. not once. Problem 3, when you call, despite being a paying customer, you are forced to leave a message and wait by the phone all day for a call return at THEIR convenience. Problem 4, they declined 2x to remove charges on the wrong part that was sent, despite my ordering line by line with a human, including the lot numbers of the items needed, and repeated back by the human taking the order. I did not want or order this part, they would not accept a return of medical equipment, and insisted in charging my insurance company $250 for a 9 inch hose that attaches to a nasal pillow....a $1.50 part to make...one that I will be charged $50 for. After several calls a manager - Katie, stated she would speak to billing to remove the unnecessary item charge, condescendingly. I am an RN, I KNOW how this is supposed to work. If at all possible, take your business elsewhere!!!!! Or complain to your insurance provider and Medicare. I would give them -5stars if I could. Oh and Problem 5, they will out of network, but insurance offers no other option.

Horrible company. My provider sent me to HME for my CPAP machine and supplies. I have had nothing but horrible service since I switched providers several years back. I have literally been fighting with them since September of this year to get any supplies. I have now told them to take me off of their call list and asked my provider for a different medical equipment provider. 1. It started out that my prescription was expired; contacted provider and took care of that. They finally called back a month later. 2. Was told that every time I get supplies that I will have to call their to have them send me a detailed receipt for my HRA. They will not send anything when they mail it saying what was all delivered. 3. Was told they couldn't refill my supplies because I didn't have a current 'Certificate of Medical Necessity' Had a DR appointment so got that straightened out. They told me they would call when when they received it. month later still nothing. Email provider, they contacted HME to find out that things were filed in the wrong spot at HME and that it would be taken care of. Sent Provider paperwork to fax ANOTHER Certificate. Provider did... 4. Just called me today to tell me that now my prescription is expired. Needless to say I still have no CPAP supplies. Now looking for a new medical supply company. I have all the emails for this mess, this place is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

My daughter is pregnant and having horrible asthma issues. Her obgyn Doctor sent her a prescription for a home nebulizer. She called this place and the lady refused her a nebulizer. But more then that was extremely rude! What kind of home medical equipment place is this? Doesn't even deserve a 1 star!

My grandma and I came here on 8/24. We got lots of help and no pressure to buy. Everyone was sensitive and kind when my grandma started experiencing pain, and let us know about future sales and wishes her well. It's good to know she'll be taken care of when she comes back.
