Highly recommend Adam cook in the Green Bay office. Adam help us look for a second mortgage and refinancing rates. He actually steered us in another direction that was best for my wife and myself. That type of honesty and integrity gets my vote every time. Will use Adam the next time again

I went through Adam at Guaranteed Rate for my first mortgage. As a first time home buyer, the entire process can be daunting. Adam led me through the entire process from when I first started to look into buying a home and educating me on how even get started through signing the last document at closing day.\\n\\nThe closing process was very simple as everything got uploaded into an easy to access folder. Each employee that I worked with at each part of the closing was very responsive to each question I had and helped get everything done right before the holidays. I highly recommend Adam and the team that stands behind him.

Amy Jo is an absolute ROCKSTAR! I will forever recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a lender. She knows mortgage lending inside and out, and I’m so impressed with her professionalism and savvy. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! I purchased my first home through her 3 years ago, and decided to sell that home this year in order to purchase my father’s home.
