I have so many problems with Goodwill as a company, however I visit this Goodwill location from time to time, I am routinely disappointed (and grossed out) with them. They often have items for sale that clearly should not be. For instance, obviously well-used deodorant as documented in the pictures I have attached to this review. I have no idea who in their right mind thought it would be okay to put this up for sale. Gross and unhygienic. Do better Goodwill.

Holy for a big store! They pretty much had everything there! We found our Halloween costumes ? We will be an egg and bacon ?! Great prices, too! Friendly staff, and it was clean and organized!

Having a charge for bags? Check out clerk somewhat rude. Gave me the receipt, and forgot if she gave me my cash back. She was checking my purse to make sure she didn't give it to me as though I lied. Good thing I checked out the vacuum I was about to buy. I plugged it in and it didn't even run! Prices are high. New items are higher than other stores.

Charge for bags on donated goods that they're charging high prices for. And then has 2 round up programs that I 100% donate to at SVDP, I even ask to round-up when they don't ask. I 100% of the time say no at goodwill. Charge for bags while I'm supporting you and your "mission." Insane. Cheap and greedy.

Great environment with employees joking around and enjoying the job. It puts a smile on my face when they have fun while working. That's rare nowadays.

It's probably the largest Goodwill store I have ever been in. Everything was great until checkout... cashier asked me to donate $1 to whatever they're raising for. I declined and said I'd round up. She seemed disappointed that I wasn't willing to give the dollar. All other Goodwill stores thank me for rounding up & leave it at that.

Some items higher priced. Bathroom could use a better cleaning though the store was clean. Staff worker was pretty friendly. Plenty of parking.

I TRIED TO DONATE A VIRTUALLY MINT CONDITION BROYHILL CHILDRENS BEDROOM SET AND THEY REFUSED ME...
SO I THREW IT IN THE GARBAGE... EXCEPT FOR THE DRESSER. I USED THAT FOR FIREWOOD IN MY BACK YARD FIRE PIT.

Really nice store, well arranged and well maintained. The drive through donation center is also great. Prices are good and the staff is nice. Many things and good finds here, books, clothes, shoes, bags, accessories etc.
