Don't go for a walk in. Dog had an infected swollen cut and Took 5 hours to drain it and give us medication. Very understaffed. Got our dog back with feces on his tail and backside. Wound bleed and oozing on the floor. Dog is ok, but would not go back. Go anywhere else, please.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for the caring team at Blue Pearl. Our dog became very ill very quickly and we needed to see someone as soon as possible. They were able to see us within an hour of our phone call, and were so compassionate and caring with us and our very sick pup. Dr. Kali was very honest and up front with the recommended testing and course of treatment. Which was amazing. We felt very confident that we were getting the best care without being sold anything expensive and unnecessary, which is not always the case. Cannot thank them enough!

10/10! The staff was very friendly and communicative. When they took our cat in they constantly kept me updated on his status, how much medication and procedures would cost, and always had answers to questions. Definitely coming back the next time we have an emergency!

Wonderful first experience here! My primary vet didn't have any guaranteed emergency vet appointments and BluePearl was able to get me in as soon as they opened the next day. They were able to diagnose and treat my kitty and walked me through every step of the way. They are very transparent about their pricing and didn't force you into doing something if you didn't want to. My kitty is usually weary of new people, and she was licking the nurse by the end of the appointment!

Dr. Vande Hey and her staff were excellent and efficient when I had to bring my own cat in for pancreatitis on a holiday (it always happens on a holiday). She diagnosed him skillfully and we were able to get him treated and feeling better. I'm very thankful for their care.

I give the staff five stars. The company blue pearl is zero Stars. Our dog was bit by another dog On the weekend as blue pearl is the only option in Green Bay for us. We went there. There was a wait time between 6-8 hours. When asked if there was any other options, we were informed that we could try the Appleton location. When we called of course their wait times were very similar. A technician cleaned our dogs wounds, but we were informed that this “ Hospital” Closes at midnight. Therefore, the vet doctor would not see our dog. Again, I understand there are others before us, and more serious. But to have only one doctor working is NOT acceptable. We return the next day at noon because that’s when they opened and after several hours we were finally able do to have our dog looked at. They were so many other people waiting for the doors to open, we felt bad for all of them. The staff were professional, kind, and caring. But to call yourselves a veterinary emergency hospital That is not 24 hours with only one doctor is an absolute travesty. You must increase the staff For their well-being and our animals. I don’t want a typical corporate response to this review, other than you will do better for our community and our Families.

Zero stars if I could give that rating. Refused service due to their "9:00 PM cutoff time" when they could clearly see the animal's distress - he nearly died. These people should be ashamed of themselves. So much for the Veterinarian’s Oath. Avoid at all costs.

What a joke of a place always closed and then the appelton area is always at full capacity! Don't call yourself a 24 hour vet emergency if it is not!

THIS IS NOT an emergency vet clinic. They DO NOT take walk ins. You must predict if your pet is going to be hit by a car etc.

Not an emergency center. Closed and referred to Appleton but after calling Appleton was told they are full. Explained dog was suffering and needed to be put down but would not take us. DO Not Even Call Them.. They also tell you to call Mosinee but good luck with the drive getting there in time. We need a true Emergency Pet Hospital in the area or at least one with some compassion and not so consumed with the Almighty dollar. It takes minutes to give a dog a shot to put it down .

It would be 0 if I could go that far. Our 3 month old puppy broke his leg on a Sunday. We took him here because we didn’t know what else to do. He was in pain and wouldn’t calm down. We got there at 12 when they opened. We didn’t leave until 7:30 with our dog. We were told at 1 they were doing X-rays and never heard anything back since then. I questioned where he was on the list. Was told they couldn’t get a clear picture because he was guarding it to much. So they sedated him. We waited another two hours. I left my husband to go let our second dog out by the time I got back we were told they could splint it. When we went to pay it was twice as much as what we were expecting and what was verbally quoted to us. Also when we questioned how long we sat there we were told we were pushed to the back because our dog wasn’t critical enough and that the doctor should have been calling with updates . We got nothing from 1 on if I wouldn’t have asked we would probably still be sitting there waiting. My husband brought up the fact that we saw several patients that came in after us walk out ahead of us. Staff explained that there was one Dr only. Why? If there are more in Appleton why can’t they drive here to help. Also my husband dropped the card on the counter when he was quoted the amount and the staff accused him of throwing it at her. This place is a money pit and I will never bring my animals back here!!

The veterinarians and staff were so kind and easy to work with, and patient and gentle with my nervous cat. I was able to get answers and explanations that I wasn’t getting elsewhere. If and when I need to go back I know that my cat is in the best hands.

My cat Leo stopped eating/drinking and was hiding out after a pretty bad cat bite on his spine. I called around to 5 different veterinary offices and no one would see him. In fact, some of them were downright rude and I got teary eyed after speaking with them. I finally was referred to Blue Pearl and they couldnt have been more accommodating to me. They were kind on the phone and got us in same day. The vet and technicians were very nice, the vet sat down to talk with me about what our options were. She really looked me in the eye and had excellent "bedside manner". My cat received xrays, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory and pain medications for a compressed spine at the bite site. Luckily the xrays showed there was no break. One day later, my cat is eating on his own and using the litter box. I am very grateful they gave me a chance and cared well for my sweet little Leo. Hopefully he will be back to his happy smiling self very soon.

The staff at Blue Pearl were so knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. They truly loved my dog in the short time she was there and were so supportive in everything. Much thanks to Shelby, Carly, Sophie, and everyone else who cared for my baby.

Terrible, I was the 1st one there and my dog was taken back, even though I was in the same building doctor called me to tell me his diagnosis. Told me to start antibiotics when I called because I should of gotten 2 weeks of antibiotics and they only gave 1 doc said that is all that was needed but my other dog just finished the same antibiotics for same thing. Doc then changed his diagnosis and told me I could come back in 3 days for more diagnostic testing and then get more antibiotics. Also took the front desk girl to go get the prescription filled because they couldn't get labels to print yet 4 cats walked out with prescriptions and those labels printed just fine. I am questioning if my dog even got care as he didn't tell me how longs sounded just that heart was good and some nose discharge. Never have I been to a vet or vet er where the doctor didn't come and speak to you. I have been to Bluepearl in fox valley and they are amazing but this location is a complete JOKE!I also find it fishy that all cats that left were diagnosed with same condition really questioning did doc look at them or just prescribe them something
