Wow...cheap showers that were clean and huge...a round about...or traffic circle..so easy in and out ..fudge..easy truck parking..to me they were very friendly ..nice ..helpful

I go to this Shell station all the time as it is a good location and they have a nice car wash plus a great weekly special. Why the low rating? The customer service! Last week the parking lot was a sheet of ice, and it was very thick ice that was there all week, and I fell on it. I was very lucky and didn't get hurt however when I called them about it all I got was oh yeah it's been like that since for sure Friday and there's nothing we can do except put a maintenance ticket in. I wasn't asked if I was okay or to fill out a form or anything. So I emailed the mail Grand Central Station office where I got no response, since that didn't work I called to find the owner off the information from the BBB and that person also didn't call me back. All I can say is when it's winter this parking lot is a danger and if any elderly people are going to be walking in it, they have a high chance of a fall and likely won't get anything from the businesses unless they sue this place and unfortunately it looks like that is the only thing that will wake these people up to taking proper care of the parking lot is a lawsuit after someone gets hurt. I just hope the person who gets hurt heals up and doesn't get hurt badly.

On 10/29/2020-10/30/2020 the 3rd shift cashier wouldn't accept my money to buy candy for my kids. He claimed he had to much change, but how many registers do they have? And I'm supposed to believe they all were full? I got a feeling from this guy that he didn't like me, but he didn't even know me. Walking away i heard him say Indian something. I'm not even Indian or Native. I'm Mexican American. As I'm writing this in the parking lot, he's looking at me and making a phone call, probably calling the cops even though all i did was ask when his manager came in, and what his name was. Wow people these days shouldn't be left in public alone. I see why he works 3rd shift. Stay away from this gas station at night.

Expensive as hell. Everything from soda , to cigarettes is overpriced. Even the gas is a few cents more then the place up the street. Workers are generally friendly and helpful and its usually very clean . The prices need improvement , but that's about it .
