Was not a grand experience.
Sales staff was nice but the delivery was terrible. Two men in a unnamed truck arrived with refrigerator. Damage the hinges on the door and both doors taking them off. Drop the new refrigerator in the kitchen and I had an old one in the basement that needed to be removed.
They took the doors off of it and use their delivery straps to try to get it up the stairs for only10 minutes.
They bang it up against the walls damaging my paneling. Stained the carpeting and left some kind of chips in the hallway. One of which got stuck in my dog's foot. They told me that they could not get the refrigerator up the stairs. I asked them if they could use a dolly. I got it down there 15 years ago with a dolly and a friend. They had a dolly on the truck but they said they don't use that anymore.
They asked me if I wanted to keep the new refrigerator. They could leave the one downstairs put one in the garage and put the new one in the kitchen. I told him I didn't need three refrigerators and refuse to delivery.
Later I looked at my old refrigerator in the basement they had not put the door back on properly and lost spacers for the door hinges and broke a wheel on the refrigerator. That refrigerator worked okay it was just older. Now with the door's are unable to close tightly it does not cool down. So it is now useless.
I called Grand appliances customer service four times and basically got no results. I wanted to be compensated for the damage they did to my home and breaking my old refrigerator. That was a waste of my time they did nothing. It has been 3 months since the botched delivery.
In the 30 years I've lived in my house I have moved lots of things up and down the stairs. I've had no problem as long as I was CAREFUL. They should take responsibility over their delivery people. I will update this if I get any positive results.

Everyone needs to shop at Grand Appliance. The have top notch customer service, wide variety of options, quality products, competitive prices and amazing delivery. No need to shop anywhere else. I have gotten a refrigerator and a washer and will be back for any other appliance replacements in the future.

After shopping around for a new refrigerator we ended up purchasing one at Grand Appliance in Green Bay. Allen did a great job answering all our questions & setting up delivery. Overall a great experience & glad we decided to try Grand Appliance.

Waiting on the corporate office to get back to me. Took days to get confirmation on if the refrigerator we wanted to add to our Monogram bundle mind you we still haven’t got pricing on would fit in the space we sent pictures on. Was ready since Tuesday to finalize the refrigerator purchase they had in their warehouse. Here we are it’s Friday I still don’t have pricing on the other items I wanted to bundle. FINALLY after days of waiting for the measurement confirmation, I send my husband in to drop off a check to purchase since he works right down the road from Grand Appliance and was told it was SOLD!! It shouldn’t take four days to confirm measurements on a high product if it will fit in my kitchen. To add, I stopped into this establishment yesterday to see if we got confirmation from their team so I could purchase the refrigerator YESTERDAY. I am beyond frustrated!! This process started last Saturday and we were even kind enough to wait until Tuesday until the sales associate was back in the office . Now I’m being told I might still be able to purchase the refrigerator but it’s going to be at a much higher price?? I have my entire kitchen tore apart and I am BEYOND frustrated!!

My refrigerator died and I desperately needed a new one to be delivered as soon as possible. Other appliance stores told me it would be up to two weeks or more. Grand appliance worked with me to find something that I’d like and could be delivered in two days. I will go there for all my appliance needs.
